About The Artist
Father Bill Moore [1949-2020] gained widespread recognition for his modern artwork, prominently featured in publications such as the New York Times, USA Today, The Boston Globe, and highlighted on ABC News. Since 2000, Father Bill’s abstract paintings have graced over 40 national and international art exhibitions, captivating audiences with their unique vision and expression.

Artist Statement
We live in hurried times and are inundated with countless art images. We have the capacity to immediately access a staggering wealth of artistic information. I believe that one of the most essential tasks of the abstract contemporary artist is to explore the physical world on as many levels as possible in order to discover seemingly hidden truths and meanings that connect us to the spiritual world. Through my modern artwork, I am asking myself and those that would explore it, to slow down, look, touch and consider the essential colors, shapes and textures that can feed our souls.

Fr. Bill Moore was born in Glendale, California, in 1949 and died at a Southern California hospice on October 18, 2020.
